A very large and spacious apartment with air conditioning. Features 5 beds (including 3 doubles). Modern amenities—a coffee machine and Smart TV are a huge bonus! Very friendly staff and exceptionally clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Superb location—only 5 mins to Barberini metro, 10 mins to the Spanish Steps, and 15 to the Trevi Fountain

One of the bathrooms didn't lock, and we were short of soap and washing-up liquid.

Location was excellent and the communication with the staff great. Super attentive. We were a party of 6, and the appartment is so comfortable for all of us. 15 min walk to main attractions in a nice and safe neighbourhood. If we are in Rome again, we will book without hesitation!

Location was excellent, very central. Apartment was spacious, clean,comfortable and had very efficient air conditioning in the sitting room and the two bedrooms. Communication with Laura was very good, any questions were always promptly answered.

The location is absolutely amazing. Close to everything. All the great tourist locations.

The apartment is furnished with some items that definitely need to be replaced. The property has two bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a bathtub with a handheld shower. however don’t expect to take two showers that are warm. The hot water system is turned to such a low setting. I guess this is save money. The contact individual is aware that there’s an issue, but doesn’t seem to think it needs to be addressed. She stated that you just have to wait the 50 minutes between showers for the hot water system which waste a lot of time so keep that in mind if it’s more than one or two of you to allow extra time if you want to be comfortable. The headboard and the principal bedroom is a bit soiled, which is kind of gross and should be addressed.
