The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking spaces. There is also a playground in the street. The veranda overlooks the Tagus River. From the kitchen window you can see a small garden where, among other things, local herbs grow.
The flat is 100 square metres in size and is located on the ground floor. There is night storage heating in each bedroom and also in the living room.
There are 3 sleeping accommodations. In one bedroom there is a double bed (180cm-200cm) and in the other a Swedish double bed with 2 single mattresses. In the living room there is a very good sofa bed with an orthopaedic mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, mini oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc.) The bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. There is garden furniture and potted plants on the veranda.
