Alsatian half-timbered house in a setting of nature and biodiversity Our 3-star gîte is a fully renovated half-timbered house, surrounded by a garden with the "biodiversity" label, a vegetable garden and beautiful natural areas, located in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park. Ideal for a family holiday (indoor and outdoor games, farm animals nearby - hens, ducks, etc., bicycles available). The gite comprises 2 floors: The ground floor, which measures approximately 65 m², comprises the following rooms: a fully-equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining area, opening onto the living room, which includes a lounge with multimedia equipment (flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system) and a library, an additional relaxation area in an alcove includes a convertible double bed. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with corner bath, washbasin, WC and washing machine. On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms: the 1st has a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a wooden cot and the 2nd has 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm). On the landing, there is a relaxation area and a 2nd shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. In the attic is a 3rd bedroom with a total of 4 single beds (90cm x 200cm), a double bed (160cm x 200cm), a changing area and a children's play area. 3 cots are available, as well as all the childcare equipment for the little ones. Private terrace with garden furniture, roller blind and barbecue. The adjoining lawn provides space for sun loungers and poufs. A play area (swing with double swing, etc.) is available for children under adult supervision. A fire pit is available for evenings under the stars. Outdoor games and bicycles are available on request. The grounds are fenced and therefore perfectly suited to children. Parking available. Board games are available free of charge. A library with a wealth of alsatiacs and novels is available for you to enjoy. The rental property has everything you need for young children (childcare equipment: cot, bath, high chair, toys....). Pets are welcome on request, subject to payment and compliance with the house rules. In this case, the cleaning charge must be paid by the tenant. Electricity consumption will be recorded on arrival and departure and invoiced accordingly. Towels and made-up beds can be provided on request and at an additional cost. The loan of bicycles is subject to a small charge. The village centre, with its restaurants and local shops (bakery, mini-market, chemist, etc.) is around 500 m away. A cycle path linking neighbouring villages runs 100 m from the gite and the village is well equipped with hiking trails marked out by the Club Vosgien. Being situated in the Parc Naturel des Vosges du Nord, there is no shortage of museums, castles and events throughout the year and we will be delighted to share our tips and favourites with you.
