About this vacation rental

The holiday home, newly built by the end of 2017 and furnished to a high standard, offers a spacious and light-flooded living/dining area and a first-class equipped kitchen with access to the ground floor terrace and garden. A further balcony and a large roof terrace with all-round water views (west and east-facing and partly also north and south-facing) with sun loungers and a cosy lounge. You also have your own wellness area with shower, sauna and whirlpool (and WC) and another additional bathroom (also with WC and shower). Enjoy your morning coffee on the ground floor terrace and then sunbathe on the upper floor terrace and take your afternoon coffee on the roof terrace and enjoy the sunset. The choice is yours. The harbour promenade is only about 200m away (Edeka & Café opened in May 2018), the harbour is only 300m away (the beautiful 5km long sandy beach is only 1400m away.
Of course, your four-legged friend is also welcome here. (at the sandy beach your dog is welcome everywhere in the low season, in the high season there is also a dog beach, which is a nice walk away about 2500m)
Comfortable living elements and a 4K flat-screen TV invite you to relax by the wood-burning stove. From here you have a magnificent view of the sea. This holiday home is ideal for families, couples, dog owners, kitesurfers, windsurfers or simply those seeking relaxation.
The beautiful wellness bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath, sauna and WC makes your holiday an experience even in bad weather. A further bathroom with shower and WC makes bathroom time easier for families. For the bad days there is also a nice fireplace (please bring your own wood), a Playstation PS4 pro, a few board games, DVDs and books. A beautiful bedroom with direct sea view and spacious box spring bed (1 double bed 180*200cm) offer a relaxed and restful sleep. The second bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds (90x200) and a sofa bed, here you can also see the water. A baby travel cot is available. A very comfortable sofa bed in the living room (sleeping area 150x200cm) is suitable for 2 more guests and you wake up with a direct view of the water. The holiday home has underfloor heating and elegant, white double-glazed plastic windows with blackout blinds in the bedrooms and living room.
Pure relaxation...enjoy the view of the sea from your roof terrace or the two balconies and terraces on the upper floor and ground floor. The lounge area on the roof terrace is also ideal for sunbathing, while on the ground floor you can have breakfast with a sea view or simply let your mind wander. You can use a free parking space directly in front of the house. There is a separate storage room for your bicycles. You also have free WLAN at your disposal.
Note on parking spaces: There is a car park at the unit. Further car parks are approx. 100m or 300m away.

The construction phase has not yet been completed, so it is possible that there may be construction activities during your stay. For this reason we have calculated reduced rental prices. Another sandy beach is also 1300m away, the dog beach is about 2500m away and behind it the water sports beach. Catering is provided by a great restaurant, where there are also toilets. The new commercial area / harbour promenade is only 200m away and ensures carefree shopping for groceries and you can also have your fresh morning coffee there.
