La Villa degli Ulivi with dependance (total: 14 beds) with private pool - hillside/Fermo - "La Villa degli Ulivi" is immersed in the green of the beautiful hills of the Marche region, but only 3.5 km from the historic centre of Fermo (a city rich in art, history and culture), 15 minutes from the beaches of Porto San Giorgio and the prestigious footwear outlets (Tod's, Hogan, Prada, Paciotti, Loriblu, Nero Giardini etc.) and 40 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains. Nearby: excellent restaurant (80 m), riding school, fly zone and... much, much more!!! The large garden of "La Villa degli Ulivi", completely landscaped, is scattered with beautiful centuries-old olive trees, rose bushes, hedges and borders of fragrant jasmine, laurel and aromatic herbs. The panorama one can enjoy refreshes the soul and fills it with serenity... cultivated hills, small medieval villages and the border of the Apennines (Monti Sibillini) to complete a picture that changes at every hour of the day and every month of the year, offering priceless emotions! The two patios (one in the villa and one in the annexe) are equipped with tables, chairs and barbecues so that you can eat outdoors and enjoy the garden in freedom and ... why not? ... of marvellous sunsets while enjoying a glass of excellent local wine! In the summer, guests also have access to a vegetable garden where they can pick tomatoes, courgettes, lettuce, peppers and whatever else is available ... strictly organic! If you don't feel like cooking ... about 80 metres away is the farm's restaurant "Fiore di Campo" where eating becomes ... poetry! "La Villa degli Ulivi" (9 beds) is a farmhouse with an adjacent annexe (5 beds), all renovated according to the criteria of Marche tradition and earthquake-proof regulations. The large garden houses a swimming pool (for the exclusive use of "Villa degli Ulivi" and its dependance) equipped with parasols, sunbeds and deckchairs. WiFi is available everywhere (even in the pool).
