This well-kept flat is located right in the centre of Playa de La Arena and is just a few metres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The spacious balcony offers great views of the sea and the seafront promenade. A spacious balcony with a side sea view over the beach bars on the seafront promenade invites you to enjoy a meal or a refreshing drink outside with a table and four chairs. Public parking is available directly opposite the building and on the neighbouring side street.
