New, fully equipped comfortable flat in Swinoujscie located in a quiet area, within the Hotel Resort Cesarskie Ogrody. The flat is located in Swinoujscie in an Aparthotel building built in 2019. The entire area is fenced and guarded. For guests free of charge assigned 1 parking space No. 14 right in front of the entrance to the building. Close - 450 m - to the most beautiful beach on the Polish Baltic coast - marked with the Blue Beach symbol. Approx. 2 km to Aquapark Baltic Molo Park with water slides, saunarium, graduation towers. Nearby shops Biedronka, Żabka. Approximately 800 m to the shop Lidl. Close proximity to the city centre and in the other direction to the seaside promenade - about 8-10 m walk.
