The villa is located a short distance from the city center and only a few metres away from the beach of Almyros. The area of Almyros was named after the river that flows into its beach and includes an important eco system protected by the international treaty of Ramsar 1971. The beach of Almyros is the most popular beach of Agios Nikolaos with a “Blue Flag“ and is organized with water activities. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub and one bedroom with double bed and a balcony with view of the mountain. Going up to the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The one bedroom has a single bed and a veranda with a view of the mountain, while the other room has a queen-size double bed with a veranda and views of the swimming pool, the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos. All the bedrooms have television, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The living room has also television and air-conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room there is a washing machine. Considering the apartment, it includes 1 double bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is a working desk in the lounge area, where someone can work independently without being interrupted by the rest guests. Lastly, fitness equipment is available in a separate gym area, in case that the guests would like to exercise themselves. In front of the main house extends the swimming pool (with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos) with an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture and dining area . The stone path of the villa starts from the swimming pool, and leads directly to the beach. Around the villa there is a wonderful garden in harmony with the natural environment with beautiful flowers and trees. In addition there are two parking spots.
