About this villa rental
Villa Aiolos Glaros is perched on a dramatic cliffside just above the sea, within the boundaries of Agios Nikolaos. Surrounded by panoramic sea and mountain views, the villa offers a rare sense of privacy and calm while remaining only a 4-minute drive from the town’s restaurants, cafés, and shops.
Designed as a series of indoor and outdoor living spaces immersed in the landscape, the property accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms arranged over two levels.
The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living area with expansive sea views, smart TV, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Large openings connect the interior directly to the infinity pool, sun terraces, shaded lounge areas, and outdoor dining spaces overlooking the Mediterranean.
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, a secondary kitchen, fitness space, sauna, and access to the outdoor jacuzzi and lower terraces closer to the sea.
One of the villa’s most distinctive spaces is the separate stone-built Pool House — a quiet retreat set even lower on the cliffside. With its whitewashed interiors, circular architecture, and uninterrupted sea views, it offers a peaceful space for reading, resting, or watching the changing light over the water.
Although Villa Aiolos Glaros feels completely secluded, it is located among some of the area’s most exclusive five-star resorts and enjoys its own independent private entrance.

There are not enough words to say how perfect this villa was for our family of six adults. The villa was even more beautiful than the photos and every possible comfort was present—terry robes, plenty of towels, and two washing machines. The location was perfect— tavernas within walking distance and an many more within a ten minute drive.
Our host, Rebecca, was a wealth if information and provided us with every possible creature comfort. Replacement items (I.e. toilet paper, light bulbs, etc.)were stocked and available. The pool was serviced daily and housekeeping came twice during the week. Both were wonderful.
There were two covered parking spots and one additional uncovered space—perfect for our group of three couples.
Waking up in the master suite to the sunrise over the sea was sheer bliss.
The villa had an abundance of both places to congregate or quiet places to read or just absorb the beauty of the villa and the sea.
If there was anything that I could recommend, I should have asked for a third set of keys. (My oversight—). We had three couples with cars and two sets of keys to the villa. (I am sure that if I asked they would have been provided)
It was so hard to leave— it was perfect.

Two parents, one young adult and two teens spent a great four nights at this villa in a perfect position overlooking the sea in multiple directions from the infinity pool and surrounding grounds and decks. Spacious indoors with all the comforts of home. Some minor issues, like the master bedroom on the bottom floor not really being separated from other rooms. But really no complaints. Keep in mind you really need to have a car to make this house work.

Rebecca was really responsive and answered any questions. Her recommendations when we arrived of places to eat etc were fantastic. We have rented many properties and this was an excellent one and the whole process was easy and professional.

We had an idyllic stay in Rebecca’s home for 10days. It was peaceful, very comfortable and a true tonic for the body and soul. It was a real privilege to have this slice of heaven to ourselves. We all enjoyed it.
It has a private and peaceful location despite being only minutes away from beaches, shops and places to eat and a mere 4min drive from Agios Nikolaos where you can find all that you need.
The house is extremely well equipped throughout from the kitchen, the laundry room, the living area to the garden with the various chill out and eating areas. There is loads of space and the sea, sun, wind and sky are heavenly.
The pool is perfect for cooling off. Antonis came daily to clean and maintain the pool.
The cleaners came twice during our stay and were very thorough, discreet and friendly.
Rebecca was very welcoming and showed us around on arrival, explaining where things were and how things worked. She was very generous and kind and gave us loads lf good tips for where to eat and what to do during our stay.
We enjoyed access to the sea from the steps and had fun swimming along the coastline when the sea was calm.
The boys loved working out with the fitness equipment and I woke at sunrise every morning to enjoy stretching and yoga - a stunning start to the day. The most beautiful sunrise I have been blessed to enjoy.
We cannot recommend this enough.
