The apartment is on the first floor of a private residential house in Santa Maria di Leuca, a community in Lecce province. It is about 300 metres from the beach and the centre, so you can get to all necessary amenities within about five minutes. You can use the well-equipped beach service and e.g. hire parasols and loungers. It is 200 metres to the yacht harbour with a range of recreational activities such as diving or boat trips. The many grottoes are breathtaking and a popular trip destination, but can only be accessed by boat. It is 50 metres to a bar with free wireless Internet access. The colourful and magnificent 19th-century buildings along the beach promenade are spectacular. There are plenty of shops, including grocery shops. It is 1000 metres to the basilica dedicated to Madonna di Leuca, an international religious tourist destination. The nearby towns are Otranto (50km), Gallipoli (48km) and Lecce (70km).
