The flat is designed for 4 persons. It is located in the Sunset Resort building at Nadmorska Street in Grzybowo, just 250 metres from the beach. We offer a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large bed, a kitchenette with a table, a bathroom with a shower and a climatic terrace with a set of garden furniture. The flat is perfectly equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as a washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster, refrigerator, iron, hoover, TV set, two wardrobes and two comfortable deckchairs on wheels. The flat also has its own parking space close to the entrance of the building. There is a lift in the building. The excellent location and proximity to the beach make this an ideal place for those looking for a quiet holiday in a beautiful seaside town. Grzybowo is a seaside town in north-western Poland. Kolobrzeg (7km) can be reached by walking, cycling or bus. The summer resort of Dźwirzyno is also in close proximity. Grzybowo is characterised by a wide, sandy and well-kept beach. Due to the shape of the coastline, it has a higher water temperature than Kołobrzeg. It also boasts excellent walking and cycling paths surrounded by pine forests. The grounds of the Sunset Resort are nicely landscaped. Between the buildings there are nicely lit patios with seating areas and well-kept lawns. The flat has a kitchen with induction hob, microwave oven, coffee expert, kettle free of charge. The bathroom has a washbasin, wc, shower cubicle. Space at the dining table for 4 people. In the bedroom there is a king size bed (160/200) and a wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa bed with additional sleeping space for 2 people. From the living room there is access to a large balcony (approx. 8m2) overlooking the patio and a coffee table and 2 wicker armchairs. There are also 2 sun loungers on wheels. The distance to the beach is approx. 250m. There are footpaths and cycle paths directly by the Sunset Resort complex. Kolobrzeg (the main town and spa centre) is 7km away. There are many restaurants, bars and a spa in Kolobrzeg.
