Apartament znajduje się na nowym osiedlu wybudowanym blisko zejścia na plażę i wylotu z Grzybowa. Mieszkanie usytuowane na parterze, nienagrzewające się nawet w mocno słoneczne dni. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, łazienka duża. Dobrze chłodząca lodówka. Na plus przypisane do mieszkania miejsce parkingowe. Podziękowania dla Gospodarzy za dobry kontakt i elastyczne godziny zakwaterowania.

Apartament ma potencjał, ale niestety dookoła trwa jeszcze budowa pozostałej części osiedla więc obecne są hałasy z budowy. Właściciele powinni zwrócić dodatkową uwagę na jakość sprzątania. Pościel poliestrowa.
