Niestety apartament znacząco odbiega od tego, co prezentują zdjęcia. Ogródek to w rzeczywistości klepisko z nieskoszoną trawą i widokiem na parking. Zamiast czystego, bałtyckiego powietrza – spaliny z samochodów pod oknami. Na uwagę o stanie ogródka właściciel odpowiedział, że „dosypie trawę”, co idealnie wpisuje się w zasadę: „tu na razie jest ściernisko, ale będzie San Francisco”. Szkoda, że oferta nie informuje, że goście mają wypoczywać w trakcie realizacji tej wizji. Kolejny duży problem to drzwi wejściowe, które się zacinały i często nie dało się ich zamknąć. To poważna usterka, która negatywnie wpłynęła na nasz wypoczynek i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Czystość również pozostawia wiele do życzenia – zakamieniony prysznic i ogólny brak dbałości o detale.
