Three individually furnished bedrooms on the upper floor, two comfortable bathrooms with modern fittings and a sauna for free use complete the luxurious living ambience. Outside, there is a sunny terrace with a garden table, chairs, a sun lounger, two parasols and a beach chair, ideal for relaxing hours outdoors. A gas barbecue invites you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings, while the approximately 1000 m² property with a lockable garden shed offers enough space to safely store your bicycles.
