Everything is designed to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing stay. The exterior of the house offers a small tiled garden with a covered patio, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open air, enjoying the mild climate and sea breeze. The location of the house, in the second row and away from the swimming pool, guarantees greater tranquillity and privacy, especially in the summer period. Despite this, the proximity to the condominium swimming pool, only 50 metres away, allows you to easily enjoy its cool, clean waters, and the private restaurant included in the complex for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The location of the Tanca Piras residence is simply spectacular, with a panorama directly overlooking the sea. The cost of renting includes the stay for 4 beds, (including children) the consumption of electricity within the limits of the supply contract, water, gas, a single supply of bed linen and a bath towel, at the beginning of the stay, (further supplies of linen are considered extra costs), use of the kitchen, use of the washing machine, wi. fi router, use of the communal swimming pool in accordance with the regulations and unguarded parking outside the village.
