About this house rental
A corner of paradise, a piece of Sardinia almost uncontaminated. This is Nebida, where the village "Tanca Piras" rises. In the heart of the village, in a privileged position and with one of the best panoramic views, is our chalet. Newly constructed, equipped with all comforts, the house is tastefully furnished with care and attention, in complete harmony with the colors of the surrounding landscape, making pleasant short and long stays. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The really strategic location allows you to reach the pool within walking distance and enjoy all the amenities of the resort with ease. The accommodation of about 60 sqm is spread over 2 floors and has a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms and a furnished garden where you can eat while enjoying the splendid view of the Gulf. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.

Wir reisten am 5. Oktober nach Nebida ins Dörfchen Tanca Piras.
Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Concierge war extrem angenehm. Das Häuschen liegt am Rand eines hübschen Feriendörfchen unterhalb Nebida. Im Oktober wäre es sehr ruhig, hat kaum Leute, wäre da nicht genau in unserer Woche ein Drummer Camp, das ab 10.00 Uhr morgens gute, aber sehr laute Rhythmen verströmt. Lesen oder Ruhe ade....
Die umliegenden Strände sind schön und wenig bevölkert, nur wenn die Drummers aufkreuzen, hat man Pech.
Leider konnte man dank den Drummers auch das Restaurant nicht benutzen. Diese Info ist leider nicht bis zu uns gekommen. Ebenso fehlte die Info, dass der Pool nur mit Bademeister und nur zu gewissen Zeiten benutzt werden kann.
Ich würde hier nicht in der Hochsaison im Sommer hinfahren. Im Herbst ist es normalerweise ein guter Ort für Ruhesuchende und solche, denen das rauhe Klima nichts ausmacht. Der Wind war schon eher kühl, das Wasser aber immer noch angenehm. Sehr schöne Wanderwege entlang der Küste. Super Kletterlebnis am Zuckerbrot. Interesaantes Gebiet für geologisch Interessierte. Wir wären gerne 2 Wochen geblieben, mussten dann leider nach 5 Tagen bereits Hals über Kopf abreisen, da die Schweiz Sardinien auf die schwarze Liste setzte.
Jetzt hoffen wir, dass wir noch einen Teil der Miete zurückerstattet bekommen....

Sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit Blick zum Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Dorf 2 kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants in denen man alles bekommt was das Herz begehrt. Die Anlage mit mehreren Häuser war um diese Zeit kaum belegt, so daß wir unseren Urlaub gut genießen konnten. Landschaftlich wunderbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an Nikola und Danielle die jederzeit zur Verfügung gestanden hätten und wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit gewesen sind. Herzlichen Dank.

Eine traumhafte Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Ferienhaus ist in der Nähe des Pools. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und konnten so richtig entspannen. Nico und Danielle waren vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Neben Ausflugstips haben wir auch Restaurantempfehlungen bekommen und sogar einen Vorschlage für eine Laufstrecke am Morgen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Our Belgian family 2 adults and 3 teenagers 17-15-12 years old did spend a week in the House of mr Albanesi. This small community-village with colourfull well equiped houses was a very nice stay. The view from the house , next to the swimming pool , on the Pan Zuchero was very beautifull and relaxing it its own way. This place was an excellent base for excursions to the amazing beaches nearby : Cala Domestica , Masua , Costa Verde , Iglesias , San Antioco and other . The boat excursion out of Masua beach is a must do when in the neighbourhood . Swimming , snorkling , relaxing was the main thing we did . Drink the Local wine and local Bear Ichnusa and Marduk , and Sardine people are very thankfull. Prices at local restaurants are not expensive , menu's for 35 euro pp , Pizza 8-9 euro , etc..We recommend this place for everybody who looks for A relax holiday with beach, history ,cities .. Do not forget the Siesta between 13.30 and evening . Tempo goes low and if the heat is a bit gone people start going out again from 17-18 hours and shops open tille evening. We might just get used to it .. . Would love to come back some day ,. Excellent place .
