Bright, modern villa with heated pool in Provence, 10 km from Avignon Located in Tavel, a small Gard village renowned for its rosé wine in the heart of the Tavel, Lirac and Châteauneuf du Pape vineyards. Just 10 km from Avignon, the Pont du Gard and Orange. It's the ideal base for exploring Provence (Les Baux de Provence, Saint Rémy de Provence, Le Lubéron) and the many other tourist attractions in the region: Drôme provençale, Uzès, Vallée de la Cèze, la Camargue, les Calanques de Cassis .... The villa is in a quiet, pleasant residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a 5-minute walk from the village centre and a few minutes from footpaths and cycle paths. Dogs are allowed and the garden is fully fenced.
New 100 m2 ground-floor villa for 6 people: open-plan kitchen, dining/living room opening onto covered terrace and swimming pool, 1 master suite with shower and washbasin (160 cm double bed), 1 bedroom (160 cm double bed), 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed, bathroom, air-conditioned villa in the day area (kitchen, dining room and living room).
Fully fenced property planted with oleanders. Large shaded terrace with dining table, barbecue and garden furniture (4 armchairs) and 4 deckchairs 2 fatboys Heated swimming pool (April to October), secured with a 3*6 m cover and 1.20 metre deep.
Household linen (sheets and towels) Beds are made on arrival and the pool is serviced once a week by the owner. The house is equipped with a cot and high chair.
