Rachel Conciergerie is pleased to present this property in Rochefort-du-Gard, in this magnificent house of 120 m² completely renovated with noble and quality materials.
It offers a warm, modern and comfortable setting, ideal for a relaxing stay with family, friends or teleworking.
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a spacious hall with a large storage cupboard and toilet.
The living space then opens onto a bright and cosy living room, furnished with care: a large contemporary sofa, an overhead projector for your movie nights.
The adjoining open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped. You will find an American refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, a bar with stools and a large dining table, perfect for your meals in a convivial atmosphere and a high ceiling thanks to the void on the living room which brings even more light and elegance to the whole.
A designer staircase leads upstairs, where you will discover two superb master suites, each with a double bed and a private bathroom and separate toilet.
A third bedroom, equipped with two single beds, completes the sleeping area – ideal for children or friends.
On the first floor, a practical laundry room is at your disposal, with a washing machine.
