The property has its own ca. 1.5km stretch of coast and fishing rights. It is about an 800-metre walk along a path to the boat harbour, or along a country road. Fishing is permitted from the coast by boat without a fishing permit. Fishing or leisure boats can be hired from the owners for trips into the skerries. The forest if full of mushrooms and berries in season.
