The penthouse is just a few hundred metres from the centre of Vlissingen, but also only 400 metres from the Badstrand (city beach) and boulevard. This is the only place in the Netherlands where the big sea ships sail so close via the channel along the coast.Walk at your leisure to the centre and the market, stroll for kilometres along Vlissingen's various boulevards, take your bike to pedal through the dunes to villages such as Zoutelande, Westkapelle or Domburg, or enjoy the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands on the beautiful Badstrand, where you won't tire of watching the ships passing by on their way to or from Antwerp. You have a master bedroom and possibly a 2nd bedroom. You also use the breakfast room, where you can relax in the evening, with a board game, a book or a TV programme. Here you also have the coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge with freezer compartment. Adjoining the breakfast room is the spacious bathroom with a rain shower and double washbasin, and the toilet is in a separate bathroom area with another washbasin. Next to the breakfast room you can use the spacious roof terrace, where the sun shines all day in summer. From the roof terrace, you can look out through the buildings to the route of the large ships, see the beach bars and have a beautiful view of the centre of Vlissingen with its characteristic buildings. You will use a private part of our flat on the 5th floor. We share the front door and the hall. After that, our guests have their own rooms. After booking, you can optionally book daily breakfast. Less than 10 kilometres away is the Zeeland capital Middelburg. Furthermore, Walcheren is characterised by its vastness, with here and there a picturesque village like Zoutelande, Domburg, Veere. The whole of Walcheren breathes sea, dunes and sunshine. Walcheren has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.
