Semi-detached gîte of 50 m2 in an old farmhouse, renovated in 1992, adjoining dwellings, not inhabited.Very quiet village.The accommodation comprises a living room with fitted kitchen area, oven, dishwasher, microwave. Washing machine in adjoining room, shared with the other gîte. On the first floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bath, on the second floor, a bedroom with 2 single beds. Electric heating in all rooms. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, swing shared with the other gîte.
