Ideally located between Pointe du Raz and Pointe du Van and overlooking the Baie des Trépassés, our fully restored and charmingly furnished house is a haven of peace.
As lovers of Cap Sizun, we discovered this old fisherman’s cottage and renovated it while preserving its distinctive character. To achieve this, we chose simple yet warm materials. The lime-washed walls blend effortlessly with the linen or cotton curtains, while the wooden floors creak just enough to signal the life that fills the house.
The first floor offers a beautiful open living space:
-A kitchen area where an old bistro cabinet serves as a counter.
-A dining room and the living room with a fireplace, perfect for long winter evenings by the fire.
-Another small living room that’s the perfect spot for reading.
Upstairs:
-2 bedrooms and a loggia
All 3 bedrooms are bright, spacious, and comfortable. No unnecessary decor—just walls in neutral tones and furniture sourced from local flea markets.
Sleeping to the sound of the wind and the sea—a true privilege on this little corner of Brittany.
In the summer, after long walks, you can relax on the terraces overlooking the sea or in the small, sheltered enclosed garden in front of the house.
Our home is a place to share with those who love peace and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities or large resorts.
A haven of peace for those who want to savor the passing of time and recharge their batteries in both winter and summer.
Inside, you’ll appreciate the home’s comfortable amenities: a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, living room with TV, wood-burning stove, DVD player, and CD radio.
Bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks, and separate toilet.
One bedroom with 2 single beds
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed, and a loggia with a single bed. To make your stay easier, all necessary appliances are provided: oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, washing machine, and coffee maker

"Very nice reception, the house was like 3 years before: very calm and comfortable, nice views, roofterrace and garden. The beautiful surroundings are very appropriate to make very nice walks or trips by car. Hope to return again."
