Haus "Badinot" mit privatem Garten und Grill
This semi-detached holiday home is located in the middle of nature, along a quiet road in the beautiful town of Diano d'Alba.
The living space (approx. 110 m²) is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room and a living room with a fireplace, sofa and Smart TV. The living room is furnished with a large marble table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. In the pantry you will find something to eat for the first day (e.g. rusks, homemade jam, milk, tea and coffee, but also pasta, tomato puree, olive oil, tuna, breadsticks). Air conditioning units are installed in every room. On the first floor there are: the Green room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the Blue room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The house is fully heated. Wireless Internet access (WLAN, free of charge) is available.
Not far from the house you will find grocery shops and a pharmacy. The town of Alba can be reached in less than ten minutes by car, while Barolo is about 15 minutes' drive from the holiday home. In the surroundings you will find renowned wineries producing Dolcetto and Barbera, as well as hazelnut groves where the famous 'Tonda Gentile' variety is produced.
Outside there is a private park where you can take romantic walks. There is also a private (fenced) lawn. Finally, there is a vegetable garden with fruit trees that you are welcome to use (without the use of pesticides or fungicides). In the garden, there are 4 chairs and a 2-seater sofa. Three parking spaces are also available. The house is fenced in at the front (garden) and back (vegetable garden) by a black iron gate. The park is partly enclosed by iron railings and partly by plants and bushes.
