This approx. 55 sqm flat on the first floor has a comfortable, spacious living/dining room, which is furnished with a cosy seating area consisting of a leather sofa and leather armchair as well as a coffee table and a large flat screen TV. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher to make washing up easier. The bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed and beautifully restored original wardrobes.
