The house is in a quiet location on a hillside at the edge of the centre of a city in northern Tenerife, only a few kilometres from the ocean. Despite its quiet location, shops and restaurants can be found only 300 meters from the property. It is about one kilometre to the town centre with its restaurants, cafes and nightlife. It is 3 km to the ocean and 7 km to the sandy beach.
