About this vacation rental

Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Kastelir/labinci is one of the most beautiful places with the best and closest connection to the sea. Surrounded by olives and vineyards. Peaceful, but not boring. Everything is there, from the best restaurants, wine tasting or even cheese and olive oil. You can quickly get everywhere for excursions. Porec can also be reached in 15 minutes by car. A peaceful piece of earth in our stressful times. The sea is about 8 minutes away by car The villa is nestled in peaceful nature but close to Porec and the sea and offers plenty of space for large families or friends. Equipped with everything and more for a great holiday. Come and experience a holiday! Let yourself be convinced by a very nice accommodation. A fantastic barbecue with cooking facilities is brand new and looks great The kitchen is an absolute dream, we would all like to have it like this at home. Large pool with over 40 square metres All beds can be converted into double beds or single beds. In the 6th bedroom there is one bed 90x200 and one 80x200 Mini football Sufficient air conditioning. Equipped with almost everything. 6 bedrooms offer a lot of free space. To the beach it is about 7 km Porec 10 km. From 2023 opening of the wine cellar with nice seating and a selection of wines, for sale. Absolute low season and off season. A covered seating area, sufficient for 12 people, is really nice and practical. The pool, over 40 square metres in size, is fun for young and old. There are also many other lawn areas available. 100 year old olives, simply beautiful. Cars can park inside, there is plenty of space. Street is dead end, so absolutely peaceful. Bicycles can be brought along. Best location with high holiday experience. Kastelir is a very cute place with good infrastructure. There are 3 good restaurants, 2 of which also serve our favourite food for the children, pizza, which also tastes very good. There is a small brewery with the best beer for tasting and it is also possible to have a few glasses by the pool in the evening. Then, of course, there are the winegrowers and olive growers. The best olive oil can be purchased, wine can also be tasted and tasted and can also be purchased. The clocks still run a little slower here. 2 small supermarkets close to the villa supply you with bread, sausage and daily necessities.
