The unique Villa San Lorenzo is located in the small village of Nova Vas near the coastal town of Novigrad. This villa is a perfect choice for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation. The villa has 6 lovingly decorated bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. You will be impressed by the interior design of the villa. The open-plan first floor consists of a bright living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are also 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor are two more cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second floor is reserved for the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The basement is the best part of the house. There is a private tavern and a dining room with a charcoal grill, perfect for a family gathering. If you want to relax, there is a wellness area with a heated pool, a sauna and a private gym. In front of the house you will find a large pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and a sun deck with sun loungers, the perfect place to spend warm summer days while sipping a cold and refreshing drink. Next to the villa there is a children's playground and a trampoline. The villa has 8 bicycles for you to discover and explore the surrounding area. Villa San Lorenzo is an elegant and spacious villa that offers its guests everything they could wish for. NOTE: Massage service available on request (extra charge). The hostess is available to guests in the morning hours. IMPORTANT: Villa San Lorenzo is not a party house and younger groups of visitors are not allowed.Villa San Lorenzo is located in the Istrian village of Nova Vas, not far from the coastal town of Novigrad. For the youngest, there is the largest water park in Europe - Istralandia, not far from Villa San Lorenzo, which you should not miss. Visit the Motovun forest and search for white truffles. Afterwards, try traditional Istrian dishes such as fuzi with truffles, pljukanci with game or Istrian soup. Stores, restaurants and cafés can be found within 600 meters of Villa San Lorenzo.
