Private flat in a new and modern designed house. This holiday home is located in Vodice and is only 50 metres from the sea and beach. Really excellent location! Everything is close to the villa (restaurants, beach, shops, ATMs, water sports, boat, bakery and grocery, bank and pharmacy) and that's what makes it so special. Holidays without a car. Our pool is reliable, has no chemicals and no chlorine. It works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that we add salt to the pool instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations. Salt water flows through the device, extracting chlorine from the salt through the electrolysis process. The chlorinated water is purified and sanitised accordingly and then returned to the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions and even small children can swim unhindered. Seasonal pool between the end of May and October. The villa is in a perfect location. We have 2 national parks near the villa: National Park Krka 25 km (by boat or by car) and National Park Kornati 12 km by boat. Sibenik is a UNESCO world heritage city (St Jacob Cathedral and St Nikolas Fortress). This house is our little paradise and has everything you need if you want to spend your holiday in a small, lively place. The flat has 30 m², 1 bedroom with double beds, a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with sea views. Bed linen is provided and the beds are already made. There is also a bathroom with shower cubicle, WC with toilet paper and soap. Washing machine is in the laundry. This flat has a large terrace with garden furniture. The villa has a private car park (1 parking space is reserved for the flat).In the basement there is a nice fitness room with exercise equipment, stepper, running belt and bicycle. There is also billiards, table football and darts. Each flat has its own safe and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The first beach is only 50 m away and the centre of Vodice is 120 m away. The popular Bluebeach Beach is only a 2-minute walk away. The nearest restaurant is 140 metres away and you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. A boat rental is 80m from the flat and a car, scooter or bike is 250m in the village. First bakery is 160m walk away. Organised boat trips to the national parks Krka (25 km) and Kornati (12 km) are 260m from the villa.
