Downtown location.

Unkept. Quite dirty. Absolutely not suited for winter - no heating. ONE TEASPOON for the whole appartment, dirty dishes, no mugs for tea or coffee. The owner wanted additional payment for parking in cash, no receipt was offered.

The location was good with walking distance to the center and beach.

The beds were uncomfortable, the shower in the bathroom was too small, the sheets and towels were poor quality, etc. Our room was below the rooftop so it was noisy at night with guests moving chairs and drinking.

Friendly staff. The rooftop has a good view. Restaurants, supermarkets close. The room has everything for living.

cleaning guy was sweet

We was promised to being able to check in at 10:40-10:45 at 11:05 we just went in, & found a cleaner, very sweet guy, we was able to put our luggage in the room but it was first ready at 14?? We Said okay, went in the room, looked nothing like the pictures & smelled like dead Human in there. We decided to book another hotel then.

Perfect host, great location, very comfortable apartemnt with everything you need for a long stay

The location was really great, very close to the sea, a small shop was just round a corner, a marina was also close. It was a quite place with a great terrace on the roof. The only inconvenience was to go upstairs to hang clothes after washing (I'm afraid of stairs, so this is my personal fear). Maybe it's possible to have one-two racks to dry clothes on the ground floor? The kitchen was good equipped and had everything you need to cook, the refrigerator was big enough to store all meals and food. Good decision about providing hot water (there are sun batteries on the roof, so you always have hot water). Very peaceful place in the very heart of Vodice. I also highly recommend visiting restaurant 'Santa Maria" (check on Google maps), it's very close and extremely good. Mladen and his wife are very polite and attentive hosts, and their hospitality is over all expectations. Kindly thank you for your care and kind attitude. We'd come back next years for sure. Thank you))) And remember, you'll have extremely GREAT VIEW from terrace, so enjoy your evening glass of vine or morning cup of coffee with the best view ever!!!)))

Great location (less than 10 minutes away from the excellent beach, stores and bakeries nearby), all the necessary kitchen appliances available, spacious fridge, GREAT communal terrace on the rooftop, owner present nearby and willing to answer all your questions and willing to help, parking space provided near the object, reasonable price.

The pictures provided could be misleading: there are several apartments available for rent, and they significantly differ regarding the position and daylight which you get through the windows. Yet the pictures are not illustrating that unambiguously. The greatest problem was the lack of internet: wi-fi signal strength was almost non-existent on the ground floor because there is only one router somewhere in the middle of the building. And even regular mobile internet has problems with signal strength due to the building design and position. The bed was very squeaky and really uncomfortable. The shower sometimes has problems with water pressure and the curtains are not really efficient, so the bathroom tends to get wet. Unlike kitchen stuff and appliances (that were all provided and in a good shape), the bathroom stuff provided is limited to hand towels (no hair dryer, no shower gels/shampoos and similar stuff).

Die Lage ist top.

Es war sehr dreckig. Unbequeme Beter. Die Nachbaren sind direkt am Fenster vom Schlafzimmer und können praktisch hineinschauen. Zu teuer! Für Parking musste man bezahlen und ist auch nicht beim Apartment. Im Badezimmer und in der Küche gab es Kakerlakenfallen. Das WC war grauenhaft und die Klobürste war ekelhaft.

Tolle Lage, tolles kleines Apartment, alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse oben hatte einen super Ausblick.
