This holiday flat is located in an ancient rural settlement called Penne, a hamlet in the municipality of Conca dei Marini. The centre of the small village is the Church of San Michele Arcangelo (built before 1208), visible from the terrace and the flat windows. The house was probably built between the 17th and 18th centuries. Originally, the family lived on the first floor, while the stables and barns were on the ground floor. The house only acquired its current appearance at the end of the 19th century, with its characteristic skylights and façade decorations. This holiday flat is a bright and cosy flat that occupies the entire upper floor of the villa and faces the sun and the sea. The flat can accommodate four people in approximately 100 square metres.
