This chalet is near Bad Sankt Leonhard in the Lavanttal, about halfway between Graz and Klagenfurt in Carinthia. The chalet is on three floors and provides around 140m² of living space. It has three bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom has direct access to the bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms have a TV. The chalet has two bathrooms with a shower and an infrared sauna. There is a generous living and dining room for spending sociable time together. There is also a sofa bed. There are restaurants and a ski school about a kilometre away. In March and December partly ski passes for six people are included. This depends on the start of the "ski-pass-included-season".
