Einige Dinge reparaturbedürftig. Bettwäsche extra (versteckte Zusatzkosten) nicht ok. -> warum nicht einfach in den Gesamtpreis gleich integrieren?

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Die Lage und Aussicht des Chalets / Die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe / Kontakt mit dem Vermieter
Die Außenanlagen sind sehr ungepflegt und es gibt mehrer Mängel im Chalet, wie kaputte Bodenfliesen und Spiegel, verschmutze Fenster und Teppiche, sowie ein verdreckter Kühlschrank und schmutzige Mülleimer. Nach unserer Beschwerde kamen die Reinigungskräfte und reinigten zumindest eine der Duschen von Rostflecken und Seifenresten. Einiges hatten wir aber auch schon von Verschmutzungen selbst befreit. Der Vermieter bot uns zwar eine Alternative an, aber wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist und haben trotz Nachfrage kein Geld zurück erhalten. Insgesamt wirkte das Chalet sehr verlebt und unsauber.

ker je bilo malo snega je bilo do smučišča potrebno iti z avtom. mogoče kakšna deska za rezanje in lesena kuhalnica.
