The house is located in Lagos on the Monte Funchal hill. The residential area is located just outside of Lagos, surrounded by many beautiful villas, quiet and yet close to the city. The road or the access road is tarred and therefore suitable for all vehicles. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Algarve and the centre of Lagos. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sun canopy as well as a gas barbecue. The pool is equipped with sun loungers and cushions for communal use. Parking is available in the fenced plot. The house is on one floor and the entrance has a ramp. There is air conditioning in the living room, which can also be used as heating in winter. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The outdoor gas barbecue is located next to the covered terrace, the pool is about 100 metres away.
