About this vacation rental
"Kerléo"
Built in 2008, this holiday home is located in the commune of Loctudy in southern Brittany. It is very quiet, away from the road and accessible via an 80 m private path. Lodonnec beach is just a ten-minute walk away.
The house has a south-west-facing terrace and a large, beautifully landscaped 800 m² garden, which is enclosed by hedges and a gate. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for six people and a barbecue. An awning protects you from the sun. Several vehicles can be parked on the property.
The detached house is well furnished and offers plenty of space on its 130 m² for a total of six people. The large living room on the ground floor comprises a dining room, a sitting room with two comfortable sofas and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and one of the four bedrooms. This has a 160cm-wide double bed and a private bathroom with shower. The utility room has a fridge-freezer and washing machine. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the mezzanine and first floor, where there are three further bedrooms. The first has a 160 cm double bed, the second a 140 cm double bed and the third two 90 cm single beds. The second bathroom has a shower, two washbasins and there is also a second WC on the first floor.
The nearby Lodonnec beach can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Here, you are sheltered from waves and currents, as well as strong winds. It is therefore safe for children. Near the beach there is a gourmet restaurant and a crêperie. The town centre with its shops is 2.5 km from the house. It is easily accessible by bike. Hikers will appreciate the GR 34, which passes close to the house.
Four bicycles are available free of charge to all guests.
