What a stunning place this is. Even though we knew what to expect from the photos, we were amazed by the view of the sea and the shore, and the long, gorgeous garden. A huge treat to have not only a garden and a terrace to enjoy, but also a first floor balcony too. At the end of the garden you will find a rocky shoreline so not suitable for swimming. However, the house is just a stroll away from two fabulous sandy beaches. The two main bedrooms are very generous and it is gorgeous to wake up to ... that view! Loctudy is short on good places to eat but we found some good restaurants in Pont l'Abbe - just 6kms away. There's a small supermarket in Loctudy but a much bigger mega store called Super U also only a few kms away.

We recently stayed at this house for one week and found the location to be absolutely fantastic—close to all the major attractions, beaches, and shopping. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations, which made the stay more enjoyable.
However, we were disappointed to find that the house wasn't as clean as we expected. There were noticeable areas that could have used more attention (bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, ground floor bedroom). Also the kitchen was not very well equipped (pots, pans, silverware) making it not ideal to prepare meals.
That said, the convenience of the location and the warmth of the host made up for some of the shortcomings. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and kitchen amenities, this house would be a top choice.
