The holiday house is 2km to the east of the centre of Matrei and its proximity to the country road offers an ideal combination of rural tranquillity right by the forest and the convenience of the nearby village centre. The 60m² oasis of well-being is on the first floor and a maximum of five people can leave everyday working life far behind here. After an exciting day, adults and children can look forward to playing a game together on the big sofa in the living room-kitchen. A wood-burning stove ensures a particularly cosy atmosphere. While somebody is conjuring up breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and oven, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment, the other guests can watch an exciting film (satellite TV) or share their experiences with their friends at home via Internet. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains and a fifth bed (folding bed) can be added to this room if required.
