This holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a single-storey detached house in Christazhofen, in a quiet side street on the outskirts of the village. It is south-facing and offers an unobstructed view with marvellous sunsets from the wonderful garden terrace, bedroom and living/dining room. Cycling and hiking trails as well as cross-country ski trails are no more than 100 metres away. With a living space of approx. 55 m², this accommodation offers enough space for two people. The living/dining room has a cosy corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with seating. The open-plan kitchen, which is also located in the room, is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, leaving nothing to be desired. In the bedroom there is a Bospring bed with two single mattresses 1.90 x 2.00 m, a large wardrobe and two bedside cabinets. The bathroom features a spacious, open, barrier-free shower, a WC, a washbasin and an electric towel dryer. There is (underfloor) heating and free WiFi throughout the flat. The flat is fully equipped with bed linen, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and bathroom towels. Weekly change The 40 m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue and offers sufficient shade on hot days with a six metre long awning. In summer, you have direct access from the terrace to a 4.50 metre round pool with a depth of 1.30 metres. The communal garden is fully enclosed. You can park your car in a carport, where there is also a socket for charging e-bikes. Pets are not permitted. The Argenbühl/Isny region is one of the sunniest regions in Germany. You will find the accommodation in the middle of the green hilly landscape of the Alpine foothills. The mountains are within easy reach and Lake Constance is close by. Countless excursion destinations, leisure activities and sights characterise this region. Nordic walking and cross-country skiing trails even start almost on the doorstep. In summer, the bathing lake five kilometres away is ideal for swimming and surfing. The nearest grocery store is just 100 metres away.
