This holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a single-storey detached house in Christazhofen, in a quiet side street on the outskirts of the village. It is south-facing and offers an unobstructed view with marvellous sunsets from the wonderful garden terrace, bedroom and living/dining room. Cycling and hiking trails as well as cross-country ski trails are no more than 100 metres away.
With a living space of approx. 55 m², this accommodation offers enough space for two people. The living/dining room has a cosy corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with seating. The open-plan kitchen, which is also located in the room, is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, leaving nothing to be desired. In the bedroom there is a Bospring bed with two single mattresses 1.90 x 2.00 m, a large wardrobe and two bedside cabinets. The bathroom features a spacious, open, barrier-free shower, a WC, a washbasin and an electric towel dryer. There is (underfloor) heating and free WiFi throughout the flat.
