Townhouse flat Isabelle A1 is located on the beach road of "Las Marinas" in the town of Els Poblets, Costa Blanca. Las Marinas is known for its 15 kilometres of beaches and its many different types of beaches. Here you will find the impressive, dreamlike sandy beaches to the natural beaches, stone beach and pebble beach. Everything is in the immediate vicinity. It is only 1 km to the centre of Els Poblets and 8 km to the centre of the district town of Dénia. There you will find the harbour with the ferry to the Balearic Islands and many other excursion possibilities. Els Poblets is located halfway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (approx. 100 km). You can simply choose the more favourable airport. You can also easily reach us by car via the AP7 motorway exit Ondara/ Dénia. This is probably safer than travelling by plane during the pandemic. Garden and outdoor facilities Leisure facilities at the property: outdoor pool for shared use Since summer 2020 you have a new saltwater pool in the communal area with whirlpool area, water fountain, children's slide, outdoor shower and disabled lift. Garden equipment: In your private area you will find various garden furniture, seating area, gazebo, pergola and a private brick barbecue This beautiful holiday flat Isabelle (terraced house), which is located directly on the seafront of Las Marinas, was only adapted for wheelchair access on the ground floor in 2020. The holiday home is equipped so that you will find everything you need for your holiday. On the ground floor you have a spacious kitchen with electric and gas hob, as well as a microwave and washing machine. A safe, a pellet stove for the cold season, TV with four satellites in different languages, dining table, sofa bed, decorative bed and fast internet complete the service. Here you will also find the barrier-free shower room. You have a terrace with a cosy seating area and an outdoor barbecue. With the maximum booking for six people, it can be a little cramped. A staircase in the living area takes you to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe and the other with two single beds.
