This newly renovated holiday house is on the little island of Oknö, just a few kilometres from Mönsterås in the Smaland region. The house is well-equipped for the winter, with electric radiators, a heat pump and a new façade with good insulation, which was added in 2011. The house has a veranda on the front and to the rear. It is a typical country house with around 70m² of living space, with two bedrooms and three beds. The adjacent garden house of 15m² with electricity and heating can accommodate two further people. The main house has an open and comfortable living room with a big sofa, a fireplace and a 46” TV with a satellite dish. There is an adjoining kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom with a shower is modern and also has a washing machine. The accommodation is very quietly and pleasantly situated in an island in the Smaland archipelago. The sea and the beach are within a short walk. Nearby there are several places to swim and fish, as well as shops, restaurants, minigolf, boat hire and so on. During the summer period it is a pleasant hour’s walk to Mönsterås.
