Welcome to the cosy, newly renovated Danish holiday home in a prime location in the Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen, Schleswig-Holstein, near Kappeln, known from the TV series "The Country Doctor". This lovingly furnished holiday home not only offers you a Danish wood-burning stove and a sauna for cosy evenings, but also the latest GLASFASER high-speed internet connection for all your digital needs. From March 2024 there will even be a CHARGING POSSIBILITY for electric cars directly at the house, which will also ensure your electric mobility on holiday.
Inside, the holiday home impresses with two cosy little bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and two single beds respectively and fly screens on all windows to protect your sleep. The large, light-flooded living/dining room with fitted kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine as well as a smart TV with satellite TV including streaming services such as Netflix or Prime, invites you to linger and enjoy.
The outdoor area welcomes you with an inviting garden featuring a furnished terrace and barbecue facilities. The property is surrounded by hedges and fence elements, but it is not fully enclosed. A movable dog fence is available in the garden shed. The garden shed also provides storage space for your own or rented bicycles. You are welcome to charge your e-bikes in the garden shed.
The area surrounding the holiday home offers endless possibilities for outdoor activities and excursions. Just 500 metres from the beach, in the immediate vicinity of a charming cliff, you are in one of the most beautiful areas on the Baltic Sea. The region around Schönhagen and Kappeln is ideal for cycling tours, long walks, boat and bike hire and various sports and leisure activities such as golf, horse riding and sailing.
