Discover our attractive, detached holiday home on the edge of the forest in the idyllic recreational area of Lissendorf in the heart of the Eifel spring triangle on Ahr-Erft-Kyll. With a living space of 83 sqm, where peace and nature meet harmoniously, our non-smoking house offers the perfect setting for your relaxing holiday in the upper Kyll valley.
Inside the house you will find a cosy living area with satellite TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a bathroom with shower and a guest room with two beds, one of which can be folded out into a double bed. An additional bedroom with bathroom (WC and washing facilities) is located on the upper floor, next to a simple study. The house has a special highlight for music lovers: a high-quality piano, which is regularly tuned and maintained, is available for house music and can be used free of charge on request. Little guests have also been thought of - a baby chair, cot and pushchair are available.
The outdoor area of our holiday home promises pure relaxation. It is situated at a high altitude with a partial 40 km view and is surrounded by a fenced property with a rich stock of trees. A covered garden terrace with garden furniture and benches invites you to linger and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
The surrounding area offers everything your heart desires. You can go for a walk in the neighbouring woods directly from the house or explore the picturesque villages of the Eifel spring triangle. Rivers such as the Ahr, Erft and Kyll are not far away and are ideal for relaxing days by the water or for various water sports activities. You can easily find a car park below the house.
