You can go for a walk in the neighbouring woods directly from the house or explore the picturesque villages of the Eifel spring triangle. Rivers such as the Ahr, Erft and Kyll are not far away and are ideal for relaxing days by the water or for various water sports activities. You can easily find a car park below the house.
