About this house rental
The lovingly and country-style modern holiday home is located in the tranquil village of Oberbettingen on the beautiful Kyll.
When modernizing this spring, we focused on making you feel comfortable.
Pets allowed if they are well behaved ;-)
The living room:
Cozy, pull-out functional sofa with ottoman. In front of it, the wood-burning stove we have prepared ensures that the evening is crackling and cozy. Families like to use this lawn by the fireplace for a relaxed "movie night",
Couples like to enjoy a couple of romantic hours together.
Well-equipped standard kitchen with ceramic hob and exhaust air.
HD flat screen TV with Amazon Prime access (cinema on demand).
A modern bathroom with shower and bathtub.
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds and 2 sleeping possibilities on the functional sofa.
Terrain:
In addition, our guests can enjoy the entire, 4,000m2 (!) feel good on large grounds, including nightly campfire (please in consultation). Enjoy the sun on your large terrace or the shade under the ancient fruit trees, the pear tree is estimated to be 100 years old!
The natural butterfly meadow is home to numerous admirals who like to join.
On request, I would be happy to prepare a bonfire for you.
The stove is ready, the wood for the first evening is included! Wood delivery possible for further evenings for € 5 or self-catering, e.g. B. from the hardware store.
On request I offer a shopping service. z. B. for rail travelers, bikers or hikers, as well as a shuttle service to the train station.
