The holiday home residence Piccolo is located 600 metres from the beautiful sandy beaches of Balestrate. The flats overlook the Gulf of Castellammare. The residence is located in a quiet peripheral area 500 metres from the centre of Balestrate. The residence offers free fenced parking, there are also two outdoor showers for common use, a gas barbecue, two washing machines for common use, and bins for differentiated waste. In the summer there is a swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols. The residence consists of 6 flats with 3 to 7/8 beds, equipped with air conditioning .
