Arena Dorada - Margarita Apartments

Elena war immer sehr freundlich und wenn ich etwas gebraucht hätte sollte ich mich melden. Sonntag war plötzlich das Gas leer zum kochen und innerhalb von 10 min hatte ich eine neue Flasche.

This was a delightful unit with very easy ground floor access, and then a lofted bedroom inside the unit. We were there in May and there was parking on the same street or nearby. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen/seating area was smaller. Had everything needed in the kitchen for quick meals. Recently renovated. The host greeted us upon arrival with keys. The town itself was wonderful with lots of dining options.

The host doesn't or didn't want to speak to us in English, so some directions and instructions were not very clear. We and booked this place as a two bedroom (as were are two friends on holiday together), but the host seemed reluctant to offer us the second room, telling us we could share the bed in the loft; we wanted both bedrooms and she eventually (reluctantly) unlocked the ground floor one. (Again, this might have been a communication issue??) You can hear her and her family walking upstairs through the ceiling, so if you are a light sleeper this might be a consideration.

Die Unterkunft sucht seines gleichen. Ich bin sonst in der Gegend um Siracusa unterwegs und hatte noch nie so eine gepflegte gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit! Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wurde direkt zu meinen Favoriten hinzugefügt. Auch der Ort Balestrate ist charmant und entzieht sich ein wenig dem sizilianischem Chaos. Ein echter Tipp!
