The house is in a residential area in the centre of Medulin, near the coast. The gem of this house is the green, private garden, with a big dining table with a grill under a gazebo as well as a swimming pool. There are also a solar shower, a trampoline for children and a flower garden. You can of course park your car free of charge on site. Your holiday accommodation comprises 120m² spread over two floors. The air-conditioned living room has a sofa and digital TV, as well as a dining space with a table and chairs. The nearest beach is a pebbled beach in Vizula, just a five-minute walk away (300 metres). If you prefer a sandy beach then Bieca is 1km away.
