The luxurious and modern Villa Bonaca is located in Medulin, not far from Pula, only 1.2 km from the sea. In its beautiful ambience, the villa offers space for a total of 8 people. The contemporary interior with large windows gives the villa a feeling of airiness and freshness. The villa is divided into three floors. In the basement of the villa, about 40 m2 in size, there is a pool table, table football and a fitness area. The first floor of the villa forms a spacious open space that includes the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area with access to the terrace and patio with private pool and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. And to keep your vacation fun and full of activities, the villa offers its guests billiards, table soccer, darts and fitness equipment. Refresh yourself in the private pool and relax on the sun loungers. The villa also offers a private charging station for electric cars (extra charge). What a beautiful house. We (Swiss family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, living in Germany) spent a wonderful week relaxing here. The house is in a great location within easy walking distance of the old town, local restaurants and boat trips from the harbour, and there are two supermarkets at the end of the road. The decor and the finish was superb, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well appointed and there was absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool and outdoor area was perfect, and the boys enjoyed the opportunity to improve their skills with a pool cue. I can't think of a single thing that I would change, and we would recommend Villa Bonaca without hesitation.
