It is located in the centre of the beautiful holiday resort, the small town of Daun, and the outdoor area of the house includes an approx. 45 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The terrace borders the busy street to the front and a small park to the side. Due to the central location of the house (road traffic), the terrace is enclosed by a fence and hedges. The separate entrance to the house leads into the house from the street via the terrace. New: Sauna in the basement (for exclusive use, free of charge)! Behind the house there is also a well-kept and quiet garden with lawn, additional seating area, 2nd barbecue, fountain and children's play tower with 2 swings, sandpit and slide. This outdoor area can also be used. The outdoor area has been lovingly and lavishly furnished with an ornamental gravel area and a small waterfall with fountain, and a special atmosphere is created in the evening with the colour-coordinated LED lighting of the house and the outdoor facilities. the Vulkaneifel holiday flat is approx. 90 sqm in size and extends over 2 floors in the Vulkaneifel City Holiday Home. on the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room and 2 separate bedrooms.
