A spacious open-plan living area awaits you on the ground floor, which is particularly bright and friendly thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. A cosy TV corner with sofa, armchairs and satellite TV invites you to relax. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and other amenities for 4 people - ideal for enjoying meals together. The bathroom with shower and WC rounds off the comfortable interior.
The outdoor area impresses with a spacious, covered south-facing terrace, equipped with seating furniture and a barbecue. Here you can spend relaxing hours outdoors and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. A private car parking space directly on the property provides additional comfort.
