Location: This newly built villa is located in a beautiful area (Montebello) of Camaiore, in a slightly hilly and quiet location. The house overlooks the Tuscan countryside and is situated on a large, fenced plot with old olive trees. The large pool (12 x 6m x 1.2 m to 2.5 m) is available exclusively to our guests from May to the end of September. The location is very beautiful and quiet. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Shopping can be done on foot in Camaiore (approx. 1 km). There you will find all infrastructures.

Equipment: Apartment B is suitable for 6 persons: The flat is very nicely furnished and offers: a living-dining room with fireplace - a dining kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning - a bedroom (air conditioning) with a single bed which can be pulled out into a double bed - 1 bathroom. Terrace and garden.
At your disposal: Oven - video/TV - fireplace - barbecue - garden furniture - car park on the property. The flat has heating.
A large car park is located next to the house - the property is fenced and equipped with an electric iron gate.
